He was happy to customise the tour and let me skip parts I wasn’t interested in, such as the gem factory and safari, since I had already booked those for another day. I never felt rushed at any stop, and he kindly took photos for me along the way. I was also very lucky to end up with a private tour even though I had booked a group tour, which made the experience even more special.”

“I don't know what car the tourists who gave five-star reviews took that day. My driver picked me up in a very small and very old Suzuki in the morning. After I complained, he changed to a slightly larger Suzuki, but it was very old and dirty. In my country, such old cars are not allowed to be used for commercial purposes. On the way back, it took more than three hours to drive on the dark mountain road, which was really dangerous. It is recommended that Viator ask the supplier to provide the car model to avoid such things from happening again.”
